Double Room E6

I am letting out my extra bedroom in a 3 bedroom, newly refurbished, Victorian house. Myself and another person already live here.
I have a cat named Piggy, she is lovely and very relaxed, and she is the star of the house really, so you need to like cats and not be allergic to them as she roams freely around the house.

The bedroom is located 1st floor, as is the bathroom. We share the living room/kitchen space and of course the lovely garden, which is a perpetual work in progress 🌱❤️

We are two very chill people. We like to cook and have a chat and a casual drink and we like to keep the house tidy as much as possible.

The right person to join us would be someone easy going and relaxed, who loves cats and plants (Piggy is very important to me and plants are all over the house, and of course, the garden). We would like to find someone chill, tidy, clean, kind, easy to get along with, who we can have a conversation and interesting chats with. However, we also respect each other's privacy, rest time, and working schedules.
