We want to share a room in our property for £110 Per week (taxes and bills inclusive). The house is renovated 6 months back and is very nice. We have a rear garden, open plan kitchen and living room with TV, SKY, FIBER BROADBAND.
The area of the property is quiet and local shops is just 2 mins walk. Bus operating in our road is 300 which goes to East Ham Station in 12-15 mins and Beckton also in 15 mins. So our property is somewhere in between the two areas. We also have 24 Hr Tesco within 10 mins walk from the property.
We are mixed professional accountants and students and very friendly. Therefore Students and Young Professional are welcome. Please note that we are looking for a person more to be a friend rather than a person sharing the house only.
