There is a 12 screen multiplex cinema in the vacinity and the Docklands is only 15 minutes away.

There are good road links to home counties, Central London & Docklands via A13.

City Airport and UEL Campus are only a bus ride away, so this would be ideal for a student.

The area has lots of green spaces including two parks close by, one of them is at the top of the road.

You will be sharing with a live in landlord and one other housemate, As the room is for a singe occupant, a there is no overcrowding, so including yourself, there will only ever be a maximum of three (3) people living in the house, which means there's a quiet relaxed atmosphere.

I am looking for somebody who is non-smoking, vegetarian or vegan, honest and reliable and clean and tidy.

Four weeks rental deposit is required, along with letter from employer and photocopy of passport.
