Big and Beautiful - kingsize double in Stratford!

Looking for someone from 1/7/24 (though can be flexible with the dates if needed)

The room - see video:
Kingsize bed - makes the room look smaller than it is! John Lewis pocket sprung mattress. Large window facing over quiet garden. 4.0 x 3.8m2 - loads of room for desk (I have a spare one that can be used in the room if wanted) / yoga mat etc. Well proportioned and very high ceiling

Flatmates: 2 of us. I'm a doctor. I'm into bouldering, board games, reading, trying and failing to write children's books hanging out with friends round London. My girlfriend is a speech therapist who does a lot of badminton, painting, baking, also likes board games etc. Both very relaxed and easy going, looking for a like minded flatmate!

There is also a friendly cat called Lev. He is a Siberian - the most hypoallergenic type. Should be fine unless you have severe allergies.

Rest of the flat:
Large bathroom, very spacious dining/living room with high ceilings. HUGE private garden with decking area, table and chairs, lawn and even mini-allotments if you want to grow stuff. Guest room/study with large desk that can be used for working from home

Super fast fibre optic broadband, 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney etc

Transport:
5 minute walk to Maryland and (finally fully functioning) super fast Elizabeth line. 2 mins to Stratford, 11 mins to Liverpool street, 16mins to Tottenham court road

" Stratford is very well connected on Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR and National Rail - Central and Jubilee have night services.

Local area:
" Food: Sainsburys local and Tesco express <5mins walk. Huge Marks and Spencer and Waitrose at Stratford station
" Exercise: large gym with a swimming pool 1 min walk. West Ham Park 5mins walk. Olympic park facilities EG the Olympic pool open is open to the public
" Local bars, cafes, cinemas etc. Very short journeys to Shoreditch, London fields, Hackney Wick etc
