I am a live-in landlord, so you would be sharing with one other flatmate for now. Please note that I am looking to rent out the third room in the flat at some point.

I’m a professional working in the fintech sector. I work from home 2–3 days a week, and on weekends I’m usually catching up with friends/family or enjoying a relaxed night in with some wine, reality TV, documentaries or Netflix.

My ideal flatmate is friendly, easy-going, considerate, and clean/tidy. I value a home that feels calm, comfortable, and respectful of everyone’s space. It’s not a party flat, so it would suit someone who prefers a quieter, low-key home environment and is mindful of shared living, treating the space as a place to unwind rather than a social hub.
