I’m renting out my spare double room in London E7 (on the E11 border) and looking for someone who’s a great fit to share my lovely home. It’s a 2-bed, 2-bath house, so you’ll only be sharing with me. The house is newly painted, well-kept, and has everything you need to settle right in.
The Room (pics 1-3 are of this room but arranged slightly differently)
It’s a spacious double with a comfy mattress, new grey carpet, and an ottoman bed for loads of storage. There’s also a mirrored wardrobe, and while it’s furnished, you’re welcome to bring your own desk if you work from home or add your own personal touches—paint the walls, add furniture, whatever makes it feel like home for you!

* Safe bicycle storage in the back garden
• 100MB Virgin WiFi
• A lovely garden with a BBQ—perfect for inviting your mates over

Parking is available but you’ll have to pay Waltham Forest directly.
No Doggies sorry (my cats won’t like them, but I would)
The Cats 🐾
I’ve got two lovely cats who spend a lot of time outside, so no litter trays or cat smells in the house. You’ll need to be an animal lover! If you’ve got a cat, they’re welcome as long as they’re microchipped and outdoor-friendly (I’ve got a microchip cat flap).
Location
The house is super well-connected:
• Close to the Lizzie Line (Maryland/Forest Gate) and Central Line (Stratford/Leyton)
• Loads of buses nearby
• Wanstead Flats and Epping Forest are just down the road—perfect for getting outdoors
About Me
I’m easy-going, tidy, and social. I love CrossFit/Barry’s, riding my Harley, music, and spending time with mates/girlfriend. I own an agency and work from home sometimes. I’d love to share the house with someone who’s clean, considerate, and happy to have a chat over a cuppa (or a drink).
