About the House:

Two large fully furnished double bedrooms.

Shared use of all communal spaces, including kitchen, sitting room, dining room, and large garden.

Tumble dryer, extra freezer, and additional food storage available in the cellar.

The cellar is used to store some of my belongings. The books in the sitting and dining room hold a lot of books! You are welcome to read them.

Aside from bedding and towels you will not need to bring anything.

About Me:
I am an academic working in London and this is my home. I am looking for two lodgers (rather than tennants) but you will be made to feel that this is your home.

I have rented the house out on this basis twice before and have found it works well.
