Bright Double Room in friendly 3-Bed Flat – E7

Hello future flatmate!

We’re two friendly people (one girl, 28, and one guy, 40) living in a bright, homely 3-bed, 2-bath flat in Forest Gate. We’re looking for a third flatmate (female) to move in from 19th August 2025 onwards.

About the flat:

Our place is genuinely cosy and welcoming! The living room is spacious and full of natural light, with comfy sofas for relaxing after work, Netflix nights, or reading a good book.

Along with Netflix and Disney+, we also have Sky Sports, so if you’re into F1 racing or IPL cricket, you’re more than welcome to join us on race or match days.

The kitchen has all the essentials, and since we enjoy cooking, we sometimes share meals (never any pressure). The flat is kept clean and feels like a peaceful retreat from London life.

A real gem is our balcony, fully furnished for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, with stunning sunset views most nights.

About the room:

The available double room is bright, fully furnished, there’s even a dedicated walk-in storage space just for you, perfect for extra clothes, suitcases, or any bits you’d like out of sight but easily accessible.

You’ll share the main bathroom with one other flatmate (40M); the other room has its own en-suite.

Location highlights:

• 2 mins from Forest Gate station (Elizabeth Line for super-fast central London trips)
• 5 mins to Wanstead Park (Overground)
• Shopping sorted: Co-op, Lidl, Tesco Express, plus local restaurants and cafes moments away
• Wanstead Flats nearby for outdoor escapes and fresh air

About us:

We’re easy-going and considerate, both working regular hours and enjoying a friendly, peaceful home. Life here is a blend of cooking, plants, gym, music, movies and sometimes sharing a meal, sunset, Netflix night or F1 race together, always fully respecting each other’s privacy and space.

Who we’re looking for:

We’d love another friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate (female), mid-20s to late-30s (but good vibes mean more than age). Someone who enjoys a relaxed home, values both togetherness and downtime, and treats the flat as a place to genuinely live, not just sleep.

Also someone who’ll appreciate the space, whether catching the sun on the balcony, watching a big match, or storing all your seasonal clothes in your own walk-in storage!

The practical bits:

• Rent: £940 per month
• Bills, council tax, and weekly cleaner: £200 per month (total: £1,140/month)
• Room available from 19th August 2025
• Deposit required: £940
