Looking for another lodger to rent out a room at my place. The house has been finished and decorated to a very high standard and so I'm looking for someone who is a likeminded professional and is respectful of the space.
The bedroom is a beautiful south facing double room on 2nd floor of house with spacious ensuite bathroom. Furniture includes Double Bed, 2 Side Tables with lamps, chest of drawers, sliding wardrobe. The room has central heating and AC.
The house is 10-15 mins from Stratford Station which makes it an easy commute to Canary Wharf, the City and central London. It is also just a short walk to the Elizabeth line (Maryland station) taking you all the way to Heathrow via Liverpool Street and central London. There is also a gym and swimming pool next door at the leisure centre as well as easy access to Sainsbury's and Tesco's 100m away, Westfields shopping centre and the Olympic park, Olympic pool and sports centres.
