For one person, the room is £600. If a couple or two people, then £700.

All bills are included in the rent.

All visa/immigration status welcome.

This room is in a basement flat. There is another room with two people living in there.

I have included pictures of the rest of the basement with attached kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine, fridge, microwave are all included.

The kitchen has a portable stove, it is not built-in.

Very good location, 2 minute walk from Woodgrange Road train station and right next to the bus stop.
