Double furnished room in East London

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over my room as me and my partner are moving in together. This is a very large double room located near the district line and forest gate. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, and plenty of storage.

This is a four bed house. With two bathrooms and one bath. The house has recently been painted and includes a brand new washer machine and oven.

The area is very quiet. It is located right by the West Ham Park. About a 10 minute walk to a Tesco, Lidl, and District Line. With a trendy coffee shop down the road. And sometimes a friendly neighborhood cat named Chappell comes to visit (I’ve included a picture of her).

This is a female household. The room is available from the beginning of August.

Bills are not included. Council tax is 40.5 and bills vary on the months. Typically all together it amounts to 100-150 pounds.
