Double room in a huge house

Hi, sadly I'm moving back to Spain and I am looking for a replacement. The room is under one-year-contract with an agency until September 2020.

The bedroom is big, it has a double bed and plenty of storage plus a closet in the corridor.

The house is HUGE and is divided in three floors. There is a living/diner, a kitchen/diner, a bathrom and a toilet.

The current house mates are a pastry chef who loves a Netflix binge. The house is often smelling like baked goods, or smattered with chocolates from his latest class. The other one is a Londoner who loves travelling & music.

The bills work out at 65/month for council tax, internet and water. Then once a month, we top the gas and electricity up 30/each. The split on that depends on the month.

We also have a cleaner in once a week which costs 10 - she lovely, and keeps the common areas spotless for us.

7 minutes walk to Broadway Market and 10 to Columbia flower Market and the canal. You really cant go wrong with this location. You're also 8 minutes walk to Haggerston station, as well as a ton of bus routes.

We are happy to do viewings day time and after work.
