A large double room with a huge en-suite bathroom (with a bath) in an East London townhouse. All bills included. The house receives lots of light and is kept very clean. We'd need someone who is equally tidy and likes things very clean.

The room has high ceilings, approximately 4m high which gives it a lofty feel. Wooden floorboards. The room is approximately 5mx3m and the bathroom is huge and new 3mx2m - huge bathtub, heated towel rails and power shower.

The living room is spacey: 6mx5m and the kitchen is also large with lots of space. The kitchen has just been renovated.

The house has space for 4-6 but we want to keep it at 3, so if breathing space is what you're after, get in touch!

Roof terrace. Patio. Three parks within a few minutes.
