The living room is spacious, comfy and fully furnished, with a large balcony that over looks Central London in the distance. The kitchen is open plan and is also fully equipped.
There is also a rooftop terrace on the 10th floor which is great during the summer!

The apartment is located in Haggerston right next to Haggerston Overground Station (1 min) which provides amazing rail connections. Due to its location it also has brilliant bus connections.

Lots of amenities nearby with lots of cool bars/restaurants and café shops around the area.

About myself:

Hi my name’s Ben, (as you know from the ad) I’m 39 years old.
I work in hospitality, currently as an Events Manager. Sometimes I work a couple of nights a week, should you work standard hours this will allow you to happily relax in your own space
But when I’m in, I enjoy watching films and chilling. Also like to keep fit when I get chance.

I’ve been living here for over 3 years now, and it’s a great place to live, both flat and location. My current flat mate is moving out due to travel options, so looking for someone to take her place and occupy the room available.

It’s a short term lease ( approx 6 months) with the potential to extend (tbc)

The flats under my name so you won’t need to go through any long winded referencing or any fees to pay.
