MID-CENTURY MODERNIST APARTMENT WITH SPARE ROOM OFFERED.
Spare room in my amazing modern luxury apartment with in Dalston Junction. Easy access to tube and over ground and 1 mine from the City of London. The apartment boasts double balconies from the open plan lounge / kitchen / dinner as well as the bedrooms.

I am a proud home owner and keep the apartment very clean. I would expect the same from you!

We also have a state of the art surround sound system, huge TV, 5G broadband, all included.

I am a keen chef and run my own food business. This means I work long hours and am often not present. When home I like to watch movies from my 1500 strong film collection, have a glass of wine, entertain and cook. Always happy to share my free time with my flat mate.

We also have off road parking and garden at back of property. We have lovely neighbours with a good community feel.

The room would suit a professional and I would prefer an individual working mainly from office with perhaps a maximum of one day per week work from home. Not including weekends obviously! I personally work weekends.

We also have a super friendly sausage dog called Finn who resides in the living room!

All shared spaces are free to be used by flatmate of course.
