Room in a cozy home/own bathroom in Haggerston

Hi, I'm Irinka. I'm looking for a respectful, considerate, and tidy flatmate to share a lovely, cosy apartment in Haggerston.

The room is 1350+ bills (around 200/250). The room has its own bathroom.

The flat is a modern new-build, fully furnished, with a balcony. The location is fantastic: just a 2-minute walk to the Overground, 5 minutes to the canal, and around 15–20 minutes to Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower Market.

I work in international development and human rights, and while I'm sociable and enjoy meeting people, home is my sanctuary where I recharge after busy days. I'm looking for someone who values a calm, peaceful home environment as well. This isn't a party flat, although the occasional dinner or a few friends over fine.

I'm ideally looking for a professional woman (35+ preferred) who is clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, cleans up after themselves, and values clear boundaries and consideration for one another.

I work from home most of the week, so I'd prefer someone who mainly works from the office. If you do work from home occasionally, I'd ask that you work from your bedroom and use headphones for calls and meetings so we can both enjoy a quiet environment.

I also travel fairly regularly for work, so it would be a bonus if you do too - we'll both appreciate having the flat to ourselves from time to time.
