Double room with canal view!

I'm moving out after 3 years to live by myself and we are looking for a new housemate (ideally female to keep it 2/2) to fill the room in our 4-bed new built flat in Haggerston by Regent canal.

Viewings will be held on the 14th and 16th of May!

- The Room -
Double room £921 pm plus bills (around £120pm) - The room comes unfurnished but with the option to buy a bed frame for £50 of me and a mattress that will stay in the room. The room is on the ground floor directly facing our little garden (with trees for your privacy!) and the canal through a big terrace window. The room is south-facing.

- The Flat -
The flat is very modern, with an open plan (very well equipped) kitchen/ living room that has a super sunny balcony overlooking regents canal (perfect to sit with a coffee and enjoy a game of people watching!). There are 3 storage rooms around the flat so plenty of space.

You will share the bathroom with Georgette, Finlay & Maurice have their own bathrooms.

There is an internal courtyard with a private terrace.

We have a secure underground car park with bicycle storage and one car parking space (currently not used)

- The Area -
Although the area we live in is quiet, there's a Tesco Express, Convenience Stores, Cafes, Bars, and Restaurants all within 5 mins walk.

Haggerston Overground is 5 mins walk, as are local buses to take you to Liverpool St, Dalston and beyond...

10 min walk to Broadway Market which has lovely Bars, Restaurants, Cafes and a great Saturday Market.

- The Flatmates -
The flat comes with 3 very friendly, laid-back housemates. They all work full-time during weekdays so ideally, you will be on a similar schedule.
We are a close and social household so ideally, you will have a personality to match, we enjoy sharing meals or having a few drinks together on the weekend, there's no pressure to join in :).

It should go without saying, but we're looking for our new flatmate to be tidy (clean up after yourself, treat the place like home, respect each other, etc...).

We are looking for someone that can move in ideally from the 15th of June. There will be referencing with our agency.
