I'm going to view it this week on Fri, 5 July in Atkins Square, E8 postcode very close 2min walk to Hackney Downs station (zone 2).

Rent for the whole flat is £2750 pcm so we would split it so that's £1375 pcm plus bills which I think would be between £150-£200 max per person pcm, council tax for this flat is band E in Hackney borough and Energy Rating (EPC) for the flat is B which is very efficient and means lower costs.

About me - I'm 35 years old, self employed wellbeing events organizer, sound journey facilitator & musician, raw chocolate maker, bodywork practitioner. I work from home during the day & run events most weekdays and Saturday evenings. I'm originally from Latvia, Riga and have lived & studied in London for 16 years and the last 9 years have lived in SE London in the same house so I am looking to relocate to Hackney as I have a lot of friends there. I don't smoke or drink alcohol, love going to the gym, cycle everywhere I can, go swimming in London Fields Lido, cook nutritious food, love to continually expand my knowledge, create better habits and practices, engage in interesting and insightful conversations with friends and new people, listen to podcasts and great music. I have many well looked after houseplants, I appreciate aesthetically beautiful and minimalistic environment around me.
