Gorgeous room available in duplex flat

** Myself and Evie are a way for a few days this week and will get back to everyone over the next week or so! Not ignoring just getting an idea of when we can do viewings 😁**

A lovely double room is available in our 2 bedroom flat from 18/11/24. The flat itself is spacious with an open plan living dining area, with the kitchen leading off it - perfect for hosting! The bedrooms and bathroom is on the top floor, both bedrooms have loads of natural light and are good sized.

The room up for grabs comes with a double bed, mirror, chest of drawers and built in clothes rail. It has double french doors which lead to a Juliet balcony - letting in heaps of natural light. It’s been a beautiful home for me for the last two years and I know anyone who moves in will feel the same.

You’ll be living with an absolute superstar - Evie! She runs her own food startup and is a true girl boss! Always up for a good time and is the perfect housemate. We often cook together and have friends over but also do have our own groups of friends so do own thing too. Ideally looking for someone on the same kinda wave!

New housemate must be bring those damn good vibes along with being neat and tidy, considerate and down for some fun!

Bills come to around £200 a month each which we put into a joint account at the start of the month. This includes, council tax, WiFi, electricity, tv license and a cleaner who comes twice a month. We also use this account to pay for the household necessities - washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. This system has worked quite well for us so would be looking to keep it going.
