We are looking to fill in the last room in our lovely 4 bedrooms flat, five minutes away from Hackney downs and 10 from Hackney central. The area is great: we are five minutes away from a lovely park; there are two small supermarkets and off licences nearby and a big Tesco and Iceland in Hackney Central; it's walking distance to Dalston and London Fields.
We'd like someone clean, respectful and who can and want to take care of the flat and make it a home. It's not a party house, but it'd be amazing to create a friendly household where people can hang out together sometimes.
professionals ideally, that can commit for the whole year and are willing to sort out the lease asap. Possibly with a guarantor.
Rooms come unfurnished but can easily arrange for some furniture with tenants who are leaving.
