We’re looking to fill a large double (studio-like) bedroom with en-suite in Haggerston, E8 4FP.

Dates: available from 06 October 2024. For 6-months minimum.

Cost: £1440, excluding bills.

Location: stunning location next to the canal. It’s a 5-minute walk from Haggerston station, less than 30 minute to the City of London by bus (very short by bike). Dalston (15 minute walk), Hackney (20 minute walk), Broadway Market and London Fields (10 minute walk) and Columbia Road Flower Market (15 minute walk).

The room: spacious ground floor room with a big en-suite (shower and bath). Double bed and mattress included with loads of storage cupboards. Washing machine is also in the room which makes it like a studio flat. It’s the only room on the ground floor making it a private space. There’s a private car park and the potential to bring a car.

The house: Living with two girls Jade and Poppy . We’re super friendly and like our house to be a welcoming relaxed space.

It’s a super modern and clean three-story house, with a communal courtyard, playground and a little private garden included.
