Hello!

A double bedroom with own large bathroom is available for lease renewal in mid February 2025.

The bedroom also has plenty of storage for clothing and your items; There is a built in closet with 2 ceiling to floor mirrors. My current flatmate is able to set up a small desk in her room to work from home, which she does a couple days a week. The flat is very secure and modern. We hardly have to turn the heat on in the winters, which is great! We have a balcony, which is a nice addition in the summers.

About the flat:
I have lived in this flat for the last 2 years and it is in a great location. We are close to regents canal, Broadway market, London fields park, and Victoria park. We also have many grocery stores nearby including Lidl, Icelands, Sainsbury and the organic shops at Broadway Market. There is also a large M&S 15 minute walk away.

In terms of transport, it is a 4 minute walk to London fields station (which goes straight to Liverpool St) and bus routes toward city and central all stop in front of the flat. The central line and hackney central are both a 15 minute walk away.

About me: I am Canadian, work in healthcare and have lived in the London for the last 4.5 years. I am friendly, enjoy fitness, cooking and exploring London events.
I am looking for a respectful, responsible flatmate who is tidy, friendly, warm with good communication skills and values time spent alone but also engaging as flatmates. The flat is already furnished, so the less you come with the better!

Bills are not included in the rent, but are around 140/150 a month.


You will also need to be OK to pay the application fee to the agency for signing of the new lease.
