2 x Double Bedrooms in London Fields

We are looking for two people to join our home near Dalston Junction/London Fields.

The first room we have going is the blue room in the pictures. Move in date for this room is 1 Jan, with flexibility for an earlier move in date in December. Rent is £887 per month. It’s a really spacious room with lots of natural lighting. There’s enough space to fit a double bed, desk and chest of drawers/clothes rail. Room comes unfurnished.

The second room is in the attic with an outlook over the garden. Move in date is 22 January and rent is £1,034 per month. The room itself is very large, with space for a double bed, desk, arm chair, and drawers etc. Room comes unfurnished but am looking to sell the bed and drawers for a reasonable price.

These rooms are part of a very large house with a large garden and it’s perfect for someone who wants to be near the excitement and nightlife that Hackney has to offer, but who appreciates coming home to a quiet and calm environment.

The current team are a mix of young professionals, guy and girls, working different style roles so on different schedules, with a mix of wfh. We all get on really well and everyone is lovely.

The house is a really great space where you can join together to watch television and cook, or take some time to yourself. There is a studio outside in our spacious garden which is used as a workout/chill space.

We are looking for two new housemates that are clean and considerate who want to stay in a home not just a house. Ideal for people that are friendly who are as busy out and about as the rest of us.

We have a slight preference for men/masc (for balance) and also for those a similar age to us (28-36) but most open to anyone who would be a wonderful addition. We are of course LGBTIA+ friendly. We are looking for non-smokers only and gardening skills are a big plus!

Bills are roughly £150 per month, fluctuates a little with the heating bills and that covers water, tax, gas electricity, all that jazz + a weekly cleaner and communal household items.
