Large Haggerston 1-bed, short let, 3 weeks 20 Dec

I'm heading back to New Zealand for just over 3 weeks, so I'm making my larger-than-average (55 sq. metres/ 590 sq. feet) one-bedroom apartment in Haggerston available for the duration. 20th Dec until 12th/13th January.

The location here is great - draw a triangle between Haggerston, Dalston and London Fields and I live in the middle. Close to so much, yet the street itself is a quiet side street with not much traffic.

The block was built in 2002 so is reasonably modern with decent insulation and double-glazed windows. There is a shared-back garden with bike storage behind a lockable side gate. Only 8 apartments in the whole block and everyone is pretty friendly.

The flat has been recently re-painted so looks in good nick, plus all the appliances are relatively new, less than 2 years old. Even some posh kitchen stuff like a nutri-bullet and a burr coffee grinder!

Price is £1150 for the period inclusive of all bills except electricity, since electricity is the only one that really varies based on behaviour (eg. broadband, council tax, etc are all a fixed monthly price so I can factor those in easily enough, what I can't factor in is if someone wants the running the heating non-stop or owns a bitcoin mining rig or likes to do bikram yoga at home!). Last winter I averaged about £80a month for electricity, so maybe £50-£60 would be a good guess for the period depending how much you like the heating on. £750 bond.

The flat is fully furnished, and I can make a chest of drawers and a single wardrobe vacant for the duration so you're not living out of a bag on the floor!

You should be aged 30+. Looking for reliable tenants, no parties (there are neighbours downstairs....).... Obviously some of my stuff will still be around so not looking for anyone who's into pinching books or crockery!
