Room for rent

Looking for someone to take my old room from the 28th December as I am moving closer to work.
It is a gorgeous and very spacious room in a flat with 3 others based in Haggerston, just a stone's throw from the canals and Haggerston overground station (an ideal spot!).
1020pcm plus bills which come to around 80 a month; slightly more in winter and slightly less in summer.

You'd be sharing with three gorgeous people ages 26-28.
Sarah works in a women's crisis house so is at work quite a lot but when she's not she's looking after us all instead! or watching Preston North End.
Paddy works in the civil service, and loves a trip to the cinema or pub to watch the footy.
Emily is a human rights lawyer, who regularly goes swimming, to the theatre, and an extending plethora of things in her spare time.
Everyone is pretty independent but we will often chill in the living room together, getting mates round or having dinner together and it is a very relaxed home.
