Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us from February 14th (potentially with some flexibility either side).

We're receiving a lot of messages, so please tell us a bit about yourself when you get in touch! If you can help us out by providing:

About the property — it's a 3 bed, 3 bathroom, 3 floor apartment, with a stunning, huge private roof terrace (just for us) overlooking the canal, with panoramic views of the city. The flat is super spacious, with a large open plan living room, and sizeable bedrooms.

The room going is a good-sized double with your own private bathroom (please note that your bathroom is on the floor below your room, not right next to your bedroom). The room is technically unfurnished, however the current tenant is willing to sell a few items of furniture (bed, wardrobe etc) for a heavily discounted rate, in case you need.

We have an open-plan living room, fully furnished by the current flatmates, and a good-sized kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher etc. It's a relatively new building, so the property is in good condition. All rooms are south facing, looking straight out onto the canal.

The rent for the room is £1032. The bills are currently around £160 per month for each of us — including WIFI and council tax — and are all sorted out by one of the flatmates, along with the rent payments. We are in Council Tax Band E.

You'd be living with Chloe and Cat. Chloe is 31 and works in the music industry. She likes to cook, has a radio show and is into fitness. Cat is 38 and works in music tech. She likes to make music (on headphones!), is into films and cycling. We hang out together, but also do our own thing, enjoying our home as our calm space. We are looking for someone clean, considerate and friendly. We are also LGBTQ+ friendly.

Haggerston is a great area to live. You can walk out of the door straight onto the canal - take a left for Broadway Market and Vicky Park, take a right and you can stroll all the way to Angel / Islington. We have great yoga studios, gyms and coffee shops nearby, plus, you'll never be bored of all the great local pubs and restaurants (special mention to the Duke of Welly).

Having organised viewings for the flat before, we get a lot of interest and struggle to answer all the messages, so please bear with us. We'll invite you to come and see the flat / meet us at some point of the next few weeks.
