We have a double room available in a recently refurbished property near Broadway Market, just outside Cambridge Heath Station, with Bethnal Green and London Fields within walking distance.

The area has excellent transport links, independent shops, great cafés, and a yoga studio right outside.

Beautiful walks along the canal and Victoria Park is moments away, with easy access to Bethnal Green, Haggerston, Shoreditch, Brick Lane, and Hackney. With London fields 5 minutes walk.

We feel the Double room, is best suited for a single person, it has lovely wardrobe, with a mirror and the bed lifts up for that extra storage.

The property was previously an Airbnb with a 4.8-star rating, meaning it’s been kept to a high standard and is in great condition, unlike many older properties in the area. Lovely new bathroom and a wonderful shower.

The whole property has been recently refurbished with a modern feel, nice shower and kitchen.
We don't feel it's suitable for full-time home working, as there’s no space for a desk in the room itself. We are happy to chat about the use of the living room to use this space to work in.

If you work from home a lot we believe the setup works best for someone who primarily works from an office, although we have no preference on this.

A Bit About Us

We’re James and Nele, a friendly couple in our early 30s.

We’re social but also very independent, and we want our flatmate to feel completely at home.

James works in media and loves photography, running, outdoor adventures, and travel.

Nele works in building management, with a creative streak as a makeup artist. She enjoys discovering new places, cooking, and making a house feel like home.

We love having our own interests and routines, and we’re always up for a chat or a shared activity whether it’s a run, a yoga class, or something new. That said, we totally respect personal space and quiet time too.

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, independent, and open-minded. If you’re social, great! If you like your own space, that’s totally fine too, we get it.

This is a fantastic area with a great mix of green spaces, creative energy, and transport links. London Fields is just a five-minute walk away. Bethnal Green underground is much closer than Google would lead you to believe and Cambridge Heath overground takes you straight in to Liverpool Street. Lots of buses to the centre as well and lots of transport links to take you around.
