We are pretty chill household and easy going. The room we are subletting has my king size bed and frame there for your use. The room no longer has the decks and stuff there so you will have ample space for any other belongings. We enjoy all hanging out and but also appreciate each others space. We also don't mind having friends over for dinners etc. provided everyone is respectful .
