Hi! We are subletting our spare bedroom for x1 month. Three of us live here now x1 couple (me and my partner) and x1 other room mate.
We are pretty chill household and easy going. The room we are subletting has my king size bed frame there for your use, however we don't have a mattress to offer anymore.
The room no longer has the decks and stuff there so you will have ample space for any other belongings.
We enjoy all hanging out and but also appreciate each others space. We also don't mind having friends over for dinners etc. provided everyone is respectful .
Note: The (lovely) landlords are keen to keep renting the place out but we are all moving back home, so forfeiting the lease. So you can potentially take over the lease if you feel so inclined.
