Double room in 3bedflat for 900

I'm leaving my room in Haggerston area from end of May to travel, so sadly I will be leaving my 2 wonderful flatmates with a spot in our lovely home.
You will be living with 2 other girls 34 and 31, one Portuguese, one Bosnian. They are great housemates, fun, friendly, clean and tidy. They have their own thing going on but we get together every now and then, either for a movie at home, or go out for a meal or drinks in the local area.
The flat has a kitchen, living room, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet. The flat is on the ground floor and all the rooms upstairs. There's also a small space outside with a little shed and some plant pots to which we have not been paying much attention lately It's located approx 4min walk from Haggerston overground station and 5min to local buses going towards Liverpool street.
Room is 900 and excludes bills. Council tax water electricity gas and internet come up at approx 120/130 per month.
We tend to do a cleaning rota but sometimes we get a cleaner when it is our turn to clean the house.
The contract is direct with the landlord which is very helpful and he fixes things when required so no agency fees.
It will be a 1 year contract with a 6 months break clause and then it becomes a rolling contract. The landlord can be flexible.
