The flat officially has three occupants, but both flatmates travel frequently, so you will often have the flat to yourself or share it with just one other person. It offers considerably more space and privacy than a typical London flatshare.

The room has a queen-size bed with brand-new mattress, large mirrored wardrobe and direct access to a private patio with plants and outdoor seating.

The flat is bright and well equipped, with a large bay window, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and secure bike storage.

📍 Haggerston – short walk to the station, with easy access to Shoreditch, Dalston and central London. Excellent cycling location.

£1,500 pcm – bills included

Water, heating, electricity, council tax and broadband are included.
Cleaner every two weeks: £24 per person/month.

About the household

We are looking for a mature, independent and considerate flatmate who appreciates a calm and friendly home.

I am an academic at UCL and split my time between London and France. I also produce electronic music and enjoy travelling and going out. Ale is a Spanish professional musician who travels regularly for touring.

We enjoy having our own lives but also occasionally sharing a meal, drink or conversation at home.
