Looking for a single person or couple to join us in a 2 bed/2 bath flat in Haggerston.
We’ve just paid our holding deposit and pending reference checks, however our move in date is for 1 August, but potentially looking at a week earlier! so keen to get the ball rolling and find a great person or couple to share with!
About the flat:
- 2 spacious double bed rooms with space for a desk
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 spacious living room + open plan kitchen
- Small balcony - faces onto the overground tracks but isn’t particularly loud as it’s right near Haggerston station so the train goes pretty slow
- Unfurnished - current tenants said they will leave couch and wardrobes. So you’ll just have to find/buy your own bed, but happy to split for other household items like TV/table etc.
- Secure building with lift
- Photos are from the ad but we have a full video of the flat for you to view which shows more how spacious the place is. We might not be able to do another viewing ahead of moving in to the flat, but the video shows the space off better!

We’re Dylan and Rachel, 32 and 27, a couple from Perth, Australia and have moved over just over 2 months ago. We’re easy-going, tidy and clean. Not smokers or big partiers but looking to find some flatmates who are also keen to be friends, and have the occasional movie night or have dinner together whilst being respectful of everyone’s own space.
Rent is split halfway as each room is the same size and both have their own bathroom £1400 per room. Bills are expected to be less than £100 pp (for another couple).
