We are seeking a new housemate for our two-bedroom flat in Haggerston, East London. Sorry no couples, pets or smokers* The available double room is unfurnished and includes sole use of the main bathroom. It offers excellent views of Regent's Canal and the city, with convenient transport links to central London. The flat features an open-plan living room and kitchen with a south-facing wraparound balcony perfect for sunbathing, drying clothes, plants etc
Room (your portion rent)- £1100
Bills- £95ish (gas is quarterly)

About us:
Myself (April) 30 and my partner (Luke) 36 have lived in the apartment for two years.
Luke is a bodyguard currently working on a 4/4 rotation and April works in admin 9-5 with the odd weekend dancing shifts.
We both love to travel, watch films, spend time with family and friends and trying new restaurants.
We are looking for someone that is clean, considerate and friendly. This is not a party house and we really treat this place as our home. Ideally we don't want someone who works from home (sorry) as sometimes Luke works nights and weekends..
