4-5 week short let

Hello!

I’m renting out my room in a 2 bed flat 5 mins from Hackney Central and 9 mins from Hackney Downs Overground. 2 mins to multiple bus stops. Marks and Spencer and Tesco within 5 mins walk, loads of coffee shops and cafes on your doorstep (literally!).

You’ll be sharing with one other female who works mainly from the office (only 1 or two days from home in her room).

Open plan living kitchen area with dishwasher. And your own bathroom.

Most of my things will be gone but there might be a few random bits left in the room (books, desk etc) but there will be space for your clothes as I’ll empty the wardrobe.

No couples or pets, sorry about that!

Available from August 31st for minimum of 3 weeks and maximum of 5ish weeks. Move out date would be October 4th.

No option to renew so would suit somebody who is in between places or just wants to check out the area before finding somewhere permanent.

Current flatmate is friendly and enjoys a chat over dinner. Would like somebody clean and respectful. This is not a party house, though quiet gatherings are ok.

£275 per week including bills, to be paid for total amount of weeks you’re staying. £500 deposit that will be paid right back the day after you move out assuming there’s no damage!
