Me and my flatmate Lena are going travelling and so we’re subletting our spacious and bright Haggerston flat. We’ve lived together in the flat for the past 6 months and have really enjoyed making it our cosy little home. We’re looking for someone respectful, tidy and friendly to move in for 4-5 months while we explore other continents. (Bonus points if you can take care of our plants). The flat will come fully furnished with enough space for your stuff. 
 
Available from 9th October until 28th February, but with the possibility to extend by a few weeks.
Would suit 2 friends or a couple and 1 friend looking for a short-term sublet.
 
🏠The flat:
 
Two-storey flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies located on the second floor of a secure apartment building.
 
Downstairs: South-facing double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate toilet in the hall.
 
Upstairs: Larger double bedroom with a private balcony. Family bathroom with a toilet and shower (practically also private). South-facing, open-plan living room and kitchen with a balcony. 
 
🌃The area:
 
You’re slap-bang in the middle between Dalston and the city, with Hackney gems and the canal right on your doorstep. 
Haggerston Overground Station is a 2-minute walk from the flat. 
Liverpool Street & Old Street are both a 10-minute bus ride. 
The area is full of cafes, small plate restaurants, wine bars, yoga studios and trendy shops, with Broadway Market, London Fields, Haggerston Park and Vicky Park all nearby. 
 
We love living here and we know you will too!
 
💸Rent: £2500pcm + bills (rougly £170pp including a bi-weekly cleaner, £120pp without the cleaner) 
We’re happy to provide our Excel sheet with an overview of the costs :) 
 
Note: There is currently scaffolding on one side of the building, around the upstairs bedroom’s balcony. This should go down in January 2026.

We are still planning to get some furniture for the flat too, so some bits might change :)
