Cute little Studio

Hi all,

Sadly I have to leave my little studio.
This studio is in an excellent location, all within walking distance to everything.
- Hackney Downs Station is a 5min walk. You in Liverpool Street in 10mins.
- Hackney Central Station 10min walk.
- Hustle and bustle of Mare St.
- Hackney Downs park 5mins walk.
- London Fields and Broadway Market is a 20min walk.
- Short walk to Dalston for its epic night life and shopping.
- Very handy offy just around the corner.

It’s a great area and very well connected. I cycle everywhere and I work in Central London. It’s only a 30min cycle to Oxford St.

Perks - Most bills are included. I only pay for Council Tax (£98 for single occupancy) and the Studio is fully electric on a Pay Meter. I have been budgeting on £40 a month, lasts me over a month depending on my usage and how much time I spend at home.
WiFi, I have a Dongle that suited me perfectly, but you can go on a contracted supplier if you wanted to.
Garden is shared by all.

The property is divided into 9 Studios. Everybody is pretty chilled. There is a WhatsApp group to communicate with all of you need a parcel collected or just if you need some help with something. They all really lovely.

The property is managed by a Property Management company that responds very quick if you need anything.

It’s furnished with a built in large wardrobe.
I have installed a folding desk (if you want to keep it)
Double bed
Small Fridge/Freezer
Electric 2 pot hob
Loads of kitchen cupboard space.
Shower has excellent pressure.

Ideally I would like to move out on the 21st Sep, but will need to move out on the 1st Oct. Happy to do a viewings and will do my best to answer all your questions.
I work in Hospitality, so not always available in the evenings but can arrange this if you are keen.
