Double room available in semi-detached house

A beautiful wooden room that has a calm energy. At the entrance of the room, there’s a large built-in wardrobe and ample storage space, making it easy to keep things tidy and organised right as you walk in. As you continue, the room opens out into a serene space overlooking our large private garden.

It’s a 4.5 bedroom house, we had the intention of turning the small room (.5) into an office, which did happen for a while but it does turn into a storage room at times.. it has potential. The other 3 rooms are occupied by great friends, young professionals in 20s and early 30s.

We host dinners invite friends hang in the garden in summer as well as winding down and having early nights so I’d say it’s all quite balanced and open.

The livingroom is on the ground floor, we have a projector, seating and chilling area and a round table on the other side of the room for hanging working etc.

Downstairs we have the big kitchen that opens up up to the garden that we cherish, so special to have this garden in London - on warm days having my coffee in the garden is just the best for me.

I’m looking for someone to take over my room long term but also I’d be open to have a chat about shorter options like a few moths.

The area is great, it’s about 5 mins walk to Haggerston overground, also very close to London fields / Broadway market.
