Double room in 3 bed house 🤍🌹 (£940 exc. bills)

Hello, my flatmate is sadly leaving the house in Haggerston, so we are looking for a new flatmate in our lovely home for 1st Dec!

You will be sharing with 2 girls in their early thirties, one from New Zealand, the other one French-Spanish. Hopefully if you like girly talks, creative things (think styling? photography? painting? music?) - you're all we're looking for :) We are (not to oversell ourselves) fun, friendly, clean and tidy.

The flat has a kitchen, a living room, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet downstairs. It is split in two floor and all the rooms are upstairs. There's also a small space outside with a little shed and some plant pots to which we have not been paying much attention lately.

It's located approx. 2 min walk from Haggerston overground station and 5 min to local buses going towards Liverpool Street. This is the biggest room in the house, it comes partly furnished with good storage space (chest of drawers, closets) and a mattress.

The room is £940 and excludes bills. Council tax, water, electricity, gas, and internet come up at approx. £130-150 per month, which we even out by adding to Splitwise each of our allocated bills and expenses. We do a cleaning rota, once a week.

The contact is direct with the landlord, which is very helpful, and he fixes things when required. There are no agency fees. We will be renewing the contract for a year, with a 6-month break clause, and then it will become a rolling contract. The landlord will run reference checks as part of the process.
