Looking for a housemate to take over second room in flat! Two bed flat in E8 with a large shared living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Fully kitted kitchen and furnished double room with extra storage space under the bed and build in wardrobe as well as extra wardrobe for clothes!

I currently live here with my little cat smudge, who is very friendly but shy at first. I’m a full time professional in hospitality and work locally but often am away evenings. I’m looking for someone tidy and who likes to use their home to relax and treat it as a home with me!

No smoking inside and a lot of the house is furnished by myself apart from what would be your room, whilst I can be sociable I do enjoy my space and downtime and you’ll occasionally see my partner come stay for the weekends with me but we’re very quiet and keep to ourselves.

The flat is a 5 min walk to Hackney downs, 8 minute walk to Hackney Central and roughly ten to Dalston Junction/Kingsland so very well connected to the overground if you need it for travels

I work long hours five days a week and the house is mainly empty on the evenings so you’d have plenty of your own time to enjoy peacefully, it is fully equipped with my tv and subscriptions in the living room to be enjoyed.

Looking for someone who ideally treats a house like their home and whilst being sociable understands the need for space and cleanliness please.
