Two Double Rooms in Hagerstown E8 warehouse.

We have two rooms available in our converted factory/warehouse @ £930pcm (+ council tax & bills which are approx £100pcm). Deposit is one months rent.
One is available on the 18th January and the other on the 1st February.
Both are fabulous loft style rooms with 3m high ceilings and a mezzanine bed (which gives you the benefit of all of the available floor space beneath). One has a light tube skylight/internal window, while the other has an external window but is the smaller of the two rooms. Both come unfurnished.

This is one of the last truly spectacular old style warehouse shares left in Hackney, It's part of a group of spaces inhabited by an eclectic mix of people; you won't find many others like this in zone two. There are 5 bedrooms in total and they all surround our luxuriantly spacious communal living area/open plan kitchen.
There’s a huge overhead skylight, which gives plenty of natural daylight, ideal for our collection of house plants. It’s furnished with some classic retro pieces; there’s a couple of leather Chesterfields which are great for lounging. There’s an additional split-level area under the skylight, great for contemplating one’s navel! It’s a lovely space to hang out in during the day.

The other housemates work in/as Medicine/NHS, Photography, Mixologist . Currently two guys & one girl so we’re really looking for more ladies to keep a good gender balance, LGBTQ friendly, definitely no bigots. We’re laid back and sociable, enjoy eating/drinking together, movie nights, attempting to keep plants alive, nights out. Laid back vibe, not a party house.

Sorry but no dogs or cats, small pets in cages are ok.
