Double Room with Ensuite in Haggerston :)

Double room with ensuite available from 1st July (or possibly a little earlier) in a 5-person house share in Haggerston.

House: It’s a modern townhouse split over 4 floors with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house has a separate living room and kitchen, and a small private garden facing a larger communal space shared with the other neighbours. On the 4th floor we also have a sunny roof terrace.

Room: The room is on the ground floor and has its own large ensuite and extensive storage. It comes part furnished with bed and two standing wardrobes.

Household: The rest of the household is 4 guys (30-34 years) and I’m currently the only girl. Ideally we’d love to find a girl to replace me and maintain a bit of gender balance but open to another guy. Age range 28-36, and preferably someone who works a few days in the office.

Price: Rent is £1,223 per month and bills are roughly £100-150 per month including high speed broadband, Virgin TV, a cleaner every fortnight, plus water, gas, council tax, and electricity. (Council Tax band E)

Neighbourhood: Haggerston is a fantastic spot with great local pubs and restaurants, and very close to overground stations (Haggerston 5mins, Dalston Junction 15mins, Dalston Kingsland 19mins, London Fields 17mins). We’re a short walk from Broadway Market, Colombia Road Flower Market, Victoria Park, Angel, Dalston and De Beauvoir. The flat itself is on a quiet road and the immediate surrounds are all residential. I’m really sad to be leaving this house after 3 great years and but would love to find someone nice to take over my lease.
