Our flatmate Ben is sadly moving back to Aus, so we’re looking to fill his room. Ideally, we’re looking for someone in their mid-20s to early 30s, any gender!

The Flat:
Sharing with two easygoing, great flatmates: Lilla, 28 (UK) & Frankie, 27 (UK)
Not a party house, but definitely a sociable vibe – we like going to the pub, dinners, movies etc., and we’re looking for someone who’s up for joining in.
Really spacious kitchen and living area
Balcony (gets pretty much all-day sun)

The Room:
Large ensuite room with built-in wardrobe, great natural light and space for a desk
Outgoing flatmate is looking to sell a furniture package (exact items tbc and depending on what you might need)

Location:
Amazing location just off the canal, with great pubs and cafés nearby
5-minute walk to Haggerston station
Great bus links to the City / Soho / London Bridge
Dalston is just up the road
Nearby are Broadway Market, London Fields and Columbia Road

The boring stuff:
£1,250 excluding bills (comes with cleaner once a month)
Council tax is £69 per month
Bills are mainly paid quarterly
£1,058 deposit
Buy-in to Ben’s share of communal household furniture
