The apartment is on the top floor of a very secure modern development, and offers a beautiful view overlooking Kingsland Basin and Regent's Canal, with an open-plan living area and sizeable balcony terrace featuring great views of the London skyline - brilliant for barbeques, al fresco dining, entertaining, just showing off to your friends.
