Double room in a Haggerston home

Alby Drive is a beautifully finished home in a Conservation Area in Haggerston (minutes from London Fields/ Broadway Market). It is a 3 bed house, with big kitchen, living room and lovely garden with a work studio at the bottom. It is a home, not a room with a clean but thoughtful, quirky finish, everything is well maintained and has all the utensils one may need. I am looking for somebody who appreciates this and wants to settle in, feel at home and look after it.

Bit about day to day here, I work with dogs from the house/ garden studio. I have groom clients 2 days a week, doggy daycare 3 days a week (we go to Epping Forest for a big portion of the day) and host boarding dogs (my favourites) when they need it. The garden studio is used as a grooming studio. ZsaZsa GaPaw, a teeny Pomeranian is resident and extremely sassy. Living here is only suitable for dog lovers!

Only a few years ago there were lots of us living here but I have since had a son who will be 3 this month so now only have 1 housemate. So again, only suitable for those good with children 🙃 I would ask that the new housemate to be open to babysitting as part of the rent agreement.

I am very personable and welcoming, love people coming over and like to share food/ stories/ time. Got no problem with housemates that like weekend late nights as long as consideration and respect is given to our living situation. Everyone who has lived here are still good friends of mine and I can only hope to be lucky enough find somebody as well matched again!
