Double bedroom available in Hackney E9 - spacious!

I am looking for someone fill the second bedroom in a great two bed flat. My flatmate leaving London to go abroad for the latter part of the year. Note: this is a full years tenancy, with 6 month break clause.

Large kitchen/lounge with floor to ceiling windows, high spec, a small balcony & shared bathroom.

The second bedroom is a very good sized double (bigger out of the two rooms), kitted with large double wardrobe w/ mirrors & alcove shelving. It is unfurnished, so you will need a bed, curtains etc

The flat is fully furnished (tv, sofa's, table, all kitchenware & so on) -- with my stuff, bar a few small items of which my flatmate will be taking with her. More than welcome to add to with your own belongs :)

Bills are not included and are c.£160 atm per month, this includes: Council Tax, (band D) wifi, water, energy & TV license

About me...
I work in Hackney at a creative ad agency 3 days a week; 2 days I am WFH.

I am kind & considerate of people and their space. Looking for someone who is like minded, relaxed & clean (!!) This is not a party flat; although I do like a good glass of wine… and are out & about at weekends, but equally a home body too.

Neighbours are friendly, and also young.

Very close to Hackney Marshes too!
Homerton OG station 5min walk
Stratford/Hackney Wick 15mins
