Hi everyone!
Looking to fill this spacious and bright room on well st as our flatmate is moving out. You’d be living with Mark, Anna and myself, we are all friendly young professionals in our late early 30s and have been living together in this flat since 2022.

The room is very bright (floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door that faces our balcony), has tall ceilings and parquet flooring. It comes unfurnished. Bathroom/toilet is shared with two of us.

The house is very spacious, we have a huge living room with dining table, sofas and smart tv with access to streaming services. The best thing about the house is its location - it’s located on a side street of well st, right in the middle between Victoria Park, Broadway Market and Hackney Central so plenty of transport links, as well as things to do and see. Bethnal Green tube is a 10 min bus ride away.

We are looking for young professionals that will be a good fit with the present tenants, as we get along very well together and would love to create a friendly and respectful vibe within the household. It is extremely important that you are clean and tidy but apart from that everyone is welcome.
