This is a large double room with an ensuite and a beautiful canal view.

The flat is inside a modern building located directly on the canal with a 5-10min walk to Clapton Overground.

The area is incredibly peaceful and quiet area but is very lively on weekends. We have pubs within a 2 minute walk as well as a local co-op 5 minutes away.

The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room area attached to a balcony overlooking the canal.

Myself (Jud) and Sam are looking for a professional housemate. Sam works in the foreign office and I work in the film and tv world.

We're very relaxed people who are easy to get along with.

Bills come to around £110 per month, we have fast broadband and the flat is furnished.
