Double Room in London Fields/Victoria Park

Our flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend so we're looking for someone to join us in our spacious split level flat with large decking area. (Available from 29th Sept)

Sat between London fields and Victoria park, were really well located for overground lines and buses. Lidl is at the top of our road there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars, shops around.

Our flat is behind two blocks of flats so has a little court yard and isn't on the main road which makes it quiet (unless a neighbour is having a party, but this is hackney)

The room is on the ground floor and is pretty big. It has space for a double bed and a sofa or a desk if you need a bit of working space. You'll be sharing a bathroom upstairs with Kate (Hazel has an en suite). The room comes unfurnished.

We're looking for someone who wants to make somewhere a home and will want to hang out every now and again with a cup of tea/glass of wine. We're lucky in that we're able to make the flat our own, so someone who likes gardening and/or a bit of DIY is a plus!

We're both in our 30s and work in the city. Hazel is a strategist who works from home a couple of days a week and Kate is a PA who is mostly in the office although will occasionally take a day at home to catch up on laundry. We tend to be in during the week and do our own things at the weekend. We occasionally have friends over for dinner and flatmates are always welcome to join. We're definitely not a party house or somewhere to bring the afters, so please bear that in mind! Nala is the 3rd housemate you'll be sharing with so a love of dogs is a must and she will be collecting cheese tax fairly regularly.

We have a cleaner weekly and share the cost of communal bits eg toilet roll/oils/washing up liquid etc. bills come to roughly £180 per month.
