I will be moving out of this wonderful apartment in London Fields on 30th May and I am looking for someone to replace me. The room fits a double bed, clothing rail, work desk and chair and leaves some room to move around. This property is a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment on 2nd floor. There is no lift and no living room space.
My super nice flatmates Liz and Rose, would like someone who is tidy, respectful, kind and up for a pint sometimes. They are both professionals and work in the office most days. This is not a party flat as we have busy jobs and come home to relax.
Location:
• 5 minute walk to London Fields Station / London Fields Park / Broadway Market
• 1 minute walk to Lidl
• 5 minute walk to Victoria Park
• 12 minute walk to Hackney Central
• 20 minute walk to Bethnal Green Station
Financials per month:
• £637 Rent
• ~£100 bills depending on season (Council Tax, Electricity, Gas, Wifi and Water)
• £800 deposit
• £50 name change fee but I'm happy to split this
THIS ROOM COMES FURNISHED FOR AN ADDITIONAL £250 FOR DOUBLE BED WITH MATTRESS THAT IS ONLY 10 MONTHS OLD, STORAGE CHESTS, CLOTHING RAIL, WORK DESK AND CHAIR.
I need to sell my furniture, and will prioritise individuals that are willing to buy items mentioned above.
