DBL room in large house with 1 other

Hi there,

My name is Marigold and I am looking for a new (lady) housemate to join my E9 household as my current housemate is shacking up with her fella and moving down South.

I am in my 40s and the mother of a bossy cat called Cosmos, we are hoping to meet a kind, mature(ish) gal who wants a nice relaxed home. It can be a bit tough being my age and still in the whole household sharing game, so someone who is in a similar situation and just wants a nice clean shared home with as little friction as possible would be ideal.

I am a Personal Trainer, I work very weird hours and am often home during the day and out working very early and evenings. I’ve lived in the house for several years, its a multiple story mid terrace that is very close to Victoria Park. Its an older home and not terribly modern but suits someone who values space. You would have a moderate sized double room with large built in storage, we share a bathroom, kitchen/dining, living room and a small guest box room. We have a small garden and a garage for bike storage.
We are 5 mins to Homerton and 10 min bus to Stratford Westfield/tube.

Looking for… a non smoker/non vaper, someone clean and tidy, It’d be great if your into fitness or doing interesting stuff. Its really important that your happy to live with/love on my cat as I travel fairly regularly and you’ll be called on to feed the beast.

I am single, largely vege, straight, I drink booze, but open to whatever/whoever. I am looking for a LEFTiST, I’m less flexible on this point. Free Pal****ine.

The rent is £700 PM paid to landlord. The bills are £200 paid to me as I have everything on DD and the rates are fixed, this includes Council Tax, power/gas, internet, TV license and household goods (cleaning products, TP, kitchen paper). The deposit is £600.
