Large double room for rent in a lovely 3-story townhouse with a big garden, 2 mins from Victoria Park.

I am moving out from my room and looking for someone to take my room from 30th November (but flexible with an earlier moving date )

We are semi young professionals in our early to late 30s. I'm a researcher/lecturer at a university. Looking for similar working people who don't just hide in their rooms all the time, go for the occasional drink or Sunday Lunch. But are happy doing their own thing as well. Keeping the house clean, tidy and non-noisy is a must. We are not really a regular party-house and we prefer our kitchens/and bathrooms clean!

The bedroom is unfurnished, but might have an option of bed. A mattress open to offers.

We have a communal living space so no need to spend all your time in your room. There is also a garden great for drinks and summer BBQs.

The area is fairly central for travel links, within easy walking distance of Cambridge Heath and Homerton overground and great for buses. Also not too far from both Mile end and Bethnal Green tube stations. Victoria Park village is 1 min away with great pubs, bars, restaurants and shops. Also very close to the park for those who enjoying running/cycling or picnics.
